What type of Pen should we use to ensure no smudging in the Photo Guestbook we want to use at our wedding? - picture guestbook
I have a coupon for a free photo book from Shutterfly. My friend and I wanted a photo book for our wedding to make, with lots of pictures of our commitment.
Our concern is what kind of pen to as a no staining) to use, b) are not dried quickly transferred to the paint on the photo above drawbacks, and c) do not bleed through paper. Suggestions?

Try it with a pencil on scrapbooking. You are a photo ID to safe and will not yellow. If you do not buy on the Internet, look in your local art supply store or scrapbooking. Should sellers who know their products and know that springs are not dirty.
