Palms meet someone, only =
Palm = left money
= Right ear to listen to the messages are not very good in the family
= left ear, the message is not so good in the workplace or the environment (I think I'm right about the family or left to function correctly)
= Nose is said to be a lie, or he is lying
= Feet again, I think, is the right of the family and left the workplace or the environment - travel to new grounds
