Well, if you decrypt a DVD, the files stored in files on the disc because they have something special. Most converter software is not able to convert these file types, so not really work that way. You should look for software that can rip the (the file on your hard drive) of the film in a common format such as WMV, MPG, MP4, or when you should be able to use your conversion software in order to 3GP movie on your phone to get.
